  1. How does the personalization of hockey sticks work?

    Personalizing hockey sticks is a special process that allows players to customize their sticks individually. They are also called custom sticks. Here are some options for personalization:
    • Prints: Players can have their team name, nicknames, or slogans printed on the stick. This adds a personal touch to the stick and strengthens the sense of unity within the team.
    • Professional customization: We offer special prints that are perfectly adapted to the material of the stick. These are durable and do not affect the grip or weight.
    • What can I choose for a personalized hockey stick / custom stick? Size (SR, INT, JR, YHT), Stick extension (up to 15cm), Weight (350g, 375g, 400g), Flex (20, 30, 40, 47, 50, 55, 60, 67, 70, 77, 87, 95, 102, 112), Curve/Blade (A92, A92M, A28, A28M, A88, A02, A91A, AM9, A14, A90TM, A08, A77), Kick points / where the stick bends (top, middle, bottom), Grip, Side (RH/LH).
  1. What materials are used for the sticks?

    Our hockey sticks are produced as one-piece. This means they are produced in one piece and not assembled. They are made from one part carbon and one part fiberglass depending on the weight. Since we only offer very light models, the carbon content in all our models is close to 100%.

  2. How long does the delivery of personalized sticks take?

    The delivery time for our personalized hockey sticks / custom sticks is usually 40-50 days. Since each stick is produced individually according to the player's wishes, production takes some time.

  3. Can I change my order?

    Production of personalized hockey sticks / custom sticks begins within 2-4 business days. Until then, you can inform us of any adjustments via the contact form.

  4. What payment methods are accepted?

    All payment methods are displayed at the bottom of the page. Among them are all major credit cards such as Mastercard, Visa, and American Express. We also offer Paypal and TWINT as payment methods. Payment via invoice is not possible with us.

  5. Can I return or exchange my order?

    The return and exchange policies are detailed in our terms and conditions. Basically, there is no right of return for personalized products. This is obvious because it is tailored to you and cannot be resold to someone else. However, if you are not satisfied or something went wrong with the order, please contact us and we will surely find a solution together.

  6. Do you offer international deliveries? No, not yet.

  1. Are there special discounts for customers or bulk orders? For orders of 2 pieces or more, you will receive a 5% discount. For orders of 5 pieces or more, there is a 10% discount. For orders of 20 pieces or more, you can contact us to receive a special discount.
