- How does the personalization of hockey sticks work?
Personalizing hockey sticks allows players to customize their sticks according to their preferences. These are also called custom sticks. Here are some personalization options:
Prints: Players can have their team name, nickname, or slogan printed on the hockey stick, giving it a personal touch.
Professional Customization: We offer special prints that are perfectly adapted to the material of the stick. These are durable and do not affect the grip or weight.

- What materials are used for the sticks?
Our hockey sticks are produced as one-piece models. This means they are made in one single piece and not assembled. Depending on the weight, they are made from a combination of carbon fiber and fiberglass. Since we only offer very light models, the carbon content in all our models is almost 100%. - How long does it take to deliver personalized sticks?
The delivery time for our personalized hockey sticks / custom sticks is usually 7-10 weeks. Since each stick is individually produced according to the player's specifications, the production process takes some time. - Can I change my order?
The production of personalized hockey sticks / custom sticks begins within 2-4 business days. Until then, any adjustments can be communicated to us through the contact form or email. - What payment methods are accepted?
All payment methods are displayed at the bottom of the page. These include all common credit cards such as Mastercard, Visa, and American Express. We also offer PayPal and TWINT as payment options. Payment via invoice is not available. - Can I return or exchange my order?
Our return and exchange policies are detailed in our terms and conditions. In general, personalized products cannot be returned. This is understandable, as the product is tailored to you and cannot be resold to someone else. However, if you are not satisfied or something went wrong with your order, please contact us, and we will definitely find a solution together. - Do you offer international shipping?
No, not yet. We are preparing for expansion, in Germany, France, Austria and Italy.

- Are there special discounts for customers or bulk orders?
For orders of 2 or more sticks, you automatically receive a 5% discount. For orders of 20 or more sticks, you can contact us to receive a special discount. (current English version is wrong, 10%?) - How do I care for my hockey stick to extend its lifespan?
Extending the lifespan of a hockey stick is difficult and unreliable. However, there are a few things you can do to protect the material. To prolong the life of your hockey stick, clean it after each use and store it in a dry place. Avoid extreme temperatures and direct sunlight. - What happens if my hockey stick is damaged during shipping?
If your stick arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will assess the damage and send you a new stick. - Can I test my custom stick before purchasing?
Since each hockey stick is individually made according to your specifications, we do not offer a testing option for personalized sticks. However, we are happy to assist you in selecting the best options for you. Soon, we will also offer small events where we rent ice and you can come by to test different models.

- Is there a warranty on the custom sticks?
Yes, our hockey sticks come with a 30-day warranty from the date of receipt. If a manufacturing defect occurs within this period, we will replace the stick free of charge. Make sure you fill in the warranty form in our website. Our experts will evaluate your case and answer you back in 3-5 business days. - What are the benefits of a custom stick?

Yes, we offer the option to print team logos or other custom designs on the custom sticks. Since this involves significant effort and cost, it is available only for orders of 20 or more sticks. Since our hockey sticks are custom-made according to your specifications, returns due to dissatisfaction are not possible. We recommend contacting us before placing your order. One-piece hockey sticks are lighter and offer better energy transfer during shots since there is no connection point between the shaft and the blade. This leads to better control and feel for the puck. Two-piece sticks are generally more affordable, and parts can be replaced if the blade or shaft breaks or wears out. - How do I know if my hockey stick is the right length?
The right length of your stick depends on your height and your position on the ice. As a general rule, a stick should reach up to your nose when standing without skates and up to your chin when standing with skates. You can also adjust the stick length based on your personal needs. For example, Martin St. Louis (NHL legend with the Tampa Bay Lightning) played with a much longer stick than what would typically be used for his height. On the other side of the spectrum, Sidney Crosby, who is 180 cm tall, uses a stick with only a 142 cm shaft length.
