Right of Return / Right of Withdrawal
30-day right of return on all stock products. For items we keep in stock – off-the-shelf sticks, gloves, bags, tape and other accessories – we grant you a voluntary right of return of 30 days from receipt of the goods.
Condition for us to take the goods back: The goods come back in unopened original packaging and unused. That means: complete, undamaged, with all labels and in intact original packaging. A stick that has been used on the ice, cut down, taped, stickered or otherwise altered counts as used and cannot be taken back.
Custom sticks are excluded from the right of return. Products that are made to customer specification or clearly tailored to personal needs – in particular individually configured and personalised SOYUZ Custom Sticks – cannot be returned. Our warranty against material and manufacturing defects of course continues to apply to these sticks.
For consumers in the EU, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal remains unaffected; our 30-day rule for stock items goes beyond this and applies in addition.
Registering a return
To exercise your right of return or withdrawal, inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. by e-mail or letter):

To meet the deadline it is sufficient that you send your notification before the deadline expires. Please state your order number so that we can assign the return quickly.
Consequences of the return
If you validly withdraw, we will refund all payments we have received from you for the returned goods, including the standard delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of the day on which we received your statement.
Excluded from this refund are additional costs arising from the fact that you chose a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us.
For the refund we use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier.
Returning the goods
You send the goods back without undue delay and in any case at the latest within 14 days of the day on which you informed us of the return, to the following return address:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before those 14 days expire.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods yourself.
We recommend that returns are sufficiently franked and sent with tracking. Please enclose the original invoice or a copy of it.
Condition of the returned goods
The right of return exists only for goods returned in unopened original packaging, unused, complete and in perfect condition. The original packaging must be present and intact.
In the event of a diminished value of the goods resulting from handling that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, we reserve the right to demand appropriate compensation or to refuse to take the goods back, to the extent permitted by law.
Exclusion of the right of return
In particular, there is no right of return or withdrawal for contracts for the supply of goods
- that are made to customer specification,
- that are clearly tailored to the customer's personal needs,
- or that, because of their individual configuration, cannot be resold or only with disproportionate effort.
This applies in particular to custom hockey sticks from ABSHockey.
