Terms of service


  1. General
    The sale and delivery of products and services ordered in the online shop at abshockey.ch are subject exclusively to these General Terms and Conditions.
  2. Conclusion of contract
    The products and services listed in the online shop are considered offers. Each of these offers is subject to the resolutory condition of impossibility of delivery or incorrect price information. The contract is concluded when the order is finally submitted, unless one of the aforementioned conditions applies. If delivery is impossible or if there is an incorrect price indication by abshockey.ch or a supplier, the contract shall be dissolved without the involvement of the parties and you will be informed accordingly without delay.
  3. Prices
    All prices are stated in Swiss francs (CHF), including statutory value-added tax. Prices and product ranges are subject to change.
  4. Delivery area
    The online shop abshockey.ch delivers within Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Italy and France.
  5. Delivery time
    Deliveries are normally made within 7–10 weeks, depending on the number of items ordered. In exceptional cases, delivery may take longer.
  6. Minimum order value
    There is no minimum order value.
  7. Payment terms
    Delivery is made only against payment according to the payment options currently available in the online shop.

    Purchase by invoice with partial payment option (POWERPAY)
    As an external payment provider, MF Group/POWERPAY offers the payment option ‘Pay by invoice’. You can simply pay for your online purchase by invoice using the order invoice. If you do not make the payment within the specified period, you will receive a subsequent monthly invoice the following month with an order overview.

    When a purchase agreement is made, POWERPAY takes on the amount receivable and processes it using the payment method selected. By selecting purchase by invoice, you are also agreeing to our GTC and POWERPAY’s GTC.
  8. Right of return and contract cancellation
    If you place an order in accordance with Art. 2 of these GTC, it is binding for you upon conclusion of the contract and you undertake to accept the corresponding products or services. Returns for exchange or credit are only accepted if the goods are unused, in perfect condition, in their original packaging and accompanied by the original invoice. The return must be made within 10 days from the invoice date. Returns are made at your expense and risk. If the returned goods do not meet the aforementioned conditions, acceptance of the return is at the sole discretion of the seller. If you do not accept the products or services within two weeks, the owner of abshockey.ch may withdraw from the contract and charge administrative costs of up to CHF 100.00.

  9. Complaints
    Delivered goods must be checked immediately for complaints such as defects, incomplete or incorrect delivery, etc. Complaints must be reported to the seller in writing immediately, but no later than 10 days from the invoice date.
  10. Warranty and guarantee
    As abshockey.ch does not manufacture the delivered products itself, abshockey.ch has no influence on the functionality or warranty provided by the manufacturers. The warranty of abshockey.ch for the products delivered is therefore fully governed by the warranty provisions of the manufacturer or supplier. You waive any further warranty claims against abshockey.ch. The warranty is generally limited, in accordance with the respective warranty provisions of the manufacturer or supplier, to repair or replacement of the defective goods. In particular, you have no claim to rescission or price reduction. The warranty is excluded for defects for which neither the manufacturer nor abshockey.ch is responsible, in particular improper use, natural wear and tear, lack of care or maintenance, elemental damage or similar reasons.

    Important: Please keep the original invoice. Without proof of purchase, you cannot assert any warranty claims.
  11. Damages
    Claims for damages arising from breach of contract, impossibility of delivery or unlawful acts are excluded, unless there is gross negligence or intentional conduct. Liability for consequential and indirect damages is also excluded.
  12. Retention of title
    Delivered products remain the property of Far-Ber Solutions GmbH until full payment has been made. You grant us the right to register a corresponding retention of title in the retention of title register.
  13. Data protection
    The data necessary for business processing will be treated confidentially.
  14. Place of jurisdiction and applicable law
    The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising directly or indirectly from the contractual relationship is, subject to any mandatory provisions of federal law to the contrary, in the Canton of Aargau. The contract is governed by Swiss law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
