Delivery Times

Custom Sticks

Every SOYUZ custom stick is built individually to your specifications.
Delivery time: 4–6 weeks

Stock Items

In-stock sticks, gloves, bags, tape and accessories. Shipped immediately.

  • Switzerland: 1–3 business days
  • EU countries: 3–5 business days

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to Switzerland and 25 EU countries:

Shipping Costs

Within Switzerland, all hockey sticks ship free of charge.

For all other shipments, costs depend on product category and destination country. The exact amount is shown at checkout.

Customs & Taxes (EU Countries)

For deliveries to EU countries:

  • All prices in the shop are excluding Swiss VAT.
  • On import into the destination country, customs duties, import VAT and possibly handling fees may apply.
  • These costs must be covered by the customer.

Note: These fees are not charged by ABSHockey but by customs authorities or the shipping provider.

Shipping Provider

All shipments are sent with Die Post / Swiss Post. International shipments are delivered via Swiss Post's international logistics network.

Partial Deliveries

If an order contains both custom sticks and stock items, we ship the stock items immediately and the custom stick separately once completed. No additional shipping costs are charged.

Orders containing only stock items or only custom sticks are usually shipped in a single shipment.

Transport Damage / Risk

Risk transfers to the customer once the goods have been handed over to the shipping provider (standard practice in e-commerce).

Obvious transport damage must be reported to the postal service within 48 hours. Please keep all packaging materials until the case is resolved.
