Delivery Times

Custom Hockey Sticks (Full Custom & Quick Custom)

Our custom-made hockey sticks are manufactured individually to customer specifications.
Full Custom delivery time: 7–10 weeks
Quick Custom delivery time: 3–5 weeks

Stock Items (gloves, bags, tape, accessories, etc.)

Switzerland & Liechtenstein: 2–3 business days
EU countries (DE, AT, FR, IT): 3–5 business days
All stock items are shipped immediately.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary depending on product category and destination country.
The exact shipping costs will be displayed during checkout.

Customs & Taxes (EU Countries)

For deliveries to EU countries, the following applies:

• All prices in the shop are excluding Swiss VAT.

• Upon import into the destination country, additional customs duties, import VAT, and possibly handling fees may apply.

• These costs must be covered by the customer.

Note: These fees are not charged by ABSHockey but by customs authorities or the shipping provider.

Shipping Provider

All shipments are sent with Die Post / Swiss Post.
International shipments are delivered via Swiss Post’s international logistics network.

Partial Deliveries

If an order contains both custom sticks and stock items, we ship the stock items immediately and the custom stick separately once completed.
No additional shipping costs are charged to the customer.

Orders containing only stock items or only custom sticks are usually shipped in a single shipment.

Transport Damage / Risk

Risk transfers to the customer once the goods have been handed over to the shipping provider (standard practice in e-commerce).

Obvious transport damage must be reported to the postal service within 48 hours.

Please keep all packaging materials until the case is resolved.
