    The warranty sticker and the break, on your phone. Examples are further down.

    Send the form

    Name, email, phone and order number – takes two minutes.

  3. 03

    We check and replace

    You'll hear back by email within 2 business days. If it's a material defect, the replacement ships free.

The photos we need

Phone photos are fine. All that matters is that each one clearly shows what it's meant to show.
