How is the length measured?

Length is measured without the blade – from the end of the grip to the top of the blade. These in-stock sticks have a shaft length of 1640 mm (approx. 64.5") – intermediate length, recommended for players ~155–172 cm. Most players cut the stick to their preferred length on the ice.
