Ordering a Custom Hockey Stick: How the Process Works

An off-the-shelf stick rarely fits perfectly. Flex, curve, length – with a custom SOYUZ stick, you decide all of that yourself instead of settling for compromises off the shelf. But how does a custom order actually work in practice? Here are the four steps, one by one.

Step 1: Configure your model and specs

First you choose your model – from the entry-level SOYUZ STD PRO to our top model SOYUZ HIT GRIT, ARCANE or RAPID, also played by KHL and VHL pros. Then you configure your specs:

• Size: SR, INT, JR or YTH – depending on age and height
• Flex: from F20 (YTH) to F105 (SR), matched to your size/weight
• Curve: your preferred blade, e.g. P28, P29 or P92
• Shooting hand: left or right
• Grip level: standard or extra grip on the shaft
• Name bar: your name or number on the shaft, if you want it

Step 2: Order

Checkout works just like any regular Shopify order – secure and simple, with Twint or credit card. As soon as your order comes in, you'll get a confirmation.

Step 3: Production

Your stick isn't pulled from a warehouse shelf – it's made for you. We work directly with the factory, with no middlemen. That means a fair price, straight from the source. We'll keep you updated by email as production progresses.

Step 4: Delivery

From order to delivery takes about 4–6 weeks – after all, every stick is individually made for you rather than shipped off a shelf.
